My Kids' Smoothie

1 ripe banana
whole milk
1 heaping spoon of almond butter
1-2 spoons of steal cut oats
splash vanilla
a few sprinkles cinnamon

a great way to get health benefits of nuts without choking hazards.  cinnamon helps to keep blood sugar levels a little more stable.
